How long does it take to ship my order?

Regular orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Pre-order timelines are mentioned on the product page.

When will my order be delivered?

After dispatch, it takes 2–5 business days for metro cities and 3–7 business days for other areas. Slight delays may occur during peak or festive seasons.

Do I have to pay any shipping charges?

Shipping is free for all Prepaid orders. For Partial COD orders, a flat ₹100 COD fee applies.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll get tracking details via email and WhatsApp. You can also track it through our Track Order page.

Order Delayed or Tracking Showing Incorrect Status

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 days post-dispatch, crossed the estimated delivery date or the tracking shows incorrect or false delivery updates, please contact us at care@otakyou.in within 24 - 48 hours of the issue.
This allows us to escalate the matter to the courier company before the order is marked as “undeliverable” and returned to us.

What is Pre-Order & how does it work?

Pre-orders are advance purchases for unreleased items. Shipping timelines for them are mentioned on the product page.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please Contact Us ASAP. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to update the address.

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrong products. Please check our Return & Exchange page for more details.

How do I apply for a return or exchange?

Email care@otakyou.in within 5 days of delivery with your order number, issue description, and clear photos/videos. In case of a return, any freebies accompanying the order have to be returned along with the package.

Will I get a refund for my Partial COD advance?

The advance is refundable only if your order is delivered but found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the order is refused at delivery, not accepted, returned-to-origin (RTO), cancelled after dispatch, or in any other such case where delivery is unsuccessful due to customer-related reasons, the advance 10% payment in Partial COD is forfeited and will not be refunded.

When will I receive my refund or replacement?
  • Replacements: 1-3 business days post-inspection.
  • Refunds: 1–3 business days after approval
  • Prepaid: refunded to original method
  • COD: credited as store wallet balance
Are sale items eligible for return/exchange?

No. Items purchased during sales or offers are final sale.

Can we exchange sizes?

For size related exchange, please drop a mail at care@otakyou.in for approval. Please ensure you check our Size Chart carefully before placing your order to avoid sizing issues. Size exchanges will incur an additional cost of Rs.150 per product.

What is Partial COD?

Pay 10% of the order value online at checkout and the remaining balance in COD.

What are Coins? How do I earn and use them?
  1. You earn 5% coins on every order with payment method as Prepaid which are added within 1 week of order delivery.
  2. You can then convert these into coupons and redeem them on future orders. (1 Coin = 1 INR)
  3. You can check your Coins balance in here: Coins.
  4. Coins in your wallet expire in around 4 months from the day they were added.
What should I do if I have a payment issue?

What are Discount Cards?

Every order comes with a chance to win a discount coupon for your next purchase! There's a high chance to get one of four randomized rarity cards:

  • Gold Card: Get ₹500 off

  • Silver Card: Get ₹375 off

  • Bronze Card: Get ₹250 off

  • Red Card: No discount

They can only be redeemed once and there is no minimum order amount criteria. 
They can't be applied in conjunction with other coupons or points and on sale items.

What are the white lines on the back of the cards for?

These aren't just discount coupons; they're also display stands for your collectible cards! Every discount card you receive is designed with a thin line marking that allows you to cut it out and transform it into a PVC card display stand.
